Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Personalized Orders: Custom items may take an additional 2-5 business days to prepare before shipping.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

We currently do ship internationally. International shipping rates and times vary by destination.

4. Delays & Issues

Shipping delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
We are not responsible for stolen packages but can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it.
