Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Brand Lift

At Brand Lift, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for:
✅ Non-personalized items in new, unused, and unworn condition with original packaging.
✅ Items returned within 3 days of delivery.
✅ Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
🚫 Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or incorrect).
🚫 Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
🚫 Clearance or final sale items.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email brandliftus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, if in stock.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders can be canceled after purchase.
